The User Journey
A user story describes the type of user, what they want and why. A user story helps to create a simplified description of a requirement.

A user story is a simple method for capturing the "who", "what" and "why" of a product. In simple terms, user stories are shortened descriptions that express what users need.

The goal of the CubeSat Mesh Network is to create a product capable of addressing many user story needs. We wish to accomplish this through producing a wireless internet hub capable of fulfilling a variety of projects by supplying efficient and reliable communications at a low cost.

A successful team will collaborate and create products to meet user needs.

How to Create and Improve
Carrying out the creation of a product to fit user needs requires attention to detail, teamwork, and many other variables. After discovering a product of interest, user stories are helpful to deepen why one's understanding of WHY this product matters to users. This step is continuous throughout the user journey and product system; it is dynamic and always changing.
Next, product creation needs to begin. Teams have to assess and decide what materials and research is necessary to carry out the project. This enables product developers to collect hardware and software to experiment and develop an initial, minimal viable product.

Continuous improvement is the heavy-lifting portion of product creation. In order to make a successful final product, the team needs to organize their project to prioritize goals. This will pave the way to the creation of new and improved prototypes. Expert assistance, problem solving skills, and new discoveries in the project scope will benefit the team and help them reach new height in their progress.
Staying in Touch with our Problem Scope
Ultimately, the users will shape the problem statement and goal of the project.
